The landmark lighthouse located at the Meridian shines in the night skies of the Bay Islands once again.  The scores of cruise ships visiting Roatan may have GPS and radar but if the guests would like to see a taste of history they need simply gaze out the window during the early morning approach to our beautiful Island.  In a time when lighthouses are being decommissioned and in some cases just forgotten the Meridian is proud to maintain a classic Roatan navigational tradition.  The lighthouse can be seen from as far away as Utila, Cayos Cochinos, Guanaja and even La Ceiba on a very clear night.
